Wire Goddess Team Challenge-Harvest Time.
Thank the powers that be for 4-day weekends. I was able to get all of my pending custom jewelry commissions finished and shipped off by working the entire day on Friday and part of Saturday morning on those projects.
Having had Saturday to handle the major chores during the early afternoon, I was able to start working on my Wire Goddess Team Challenge piece Saturday evening. On Sunday, I alternated between working on the website and doing the prep work for constructing this piece. In other words, I did all of the torch work to make up the gajillion new 26g copper head pins I'd need for this piece & to do the pickling of said head pins, then the heat patina of the heavy copper swag links I'd made Saturday evening, and then after all of that to put the pieces into the tumbler for work hardening and polishing.
Sunday night, very late, I finished the website and today I spent the entire day doing laundry and constructing this bracelet. The theme for the challenge is Harvest Time.

ESTY Team Challenge Submission.
Harvest time, to me, means corn husk wreaths, Jars of preserves stored in the
cellar, the last dusky pinot noir grapes ready for crushing, crunchy
apples, yellow squash and let us not forget deep orange pumpkins.
This bracelet hearkens to all of those with heat patinaed copper wire, and
gemstone clusters of dark blue sapphires, juicy red rubies, Hessionite
and red garnets, yellow tourmaline, bright orange carnelian, and fiery
oregon sunstone microfaceted rondels.
